At Head to Soul Therapies, I am passionate about helping clients to relax, reduce stress and increase their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.  I offer Reflexology, Acupressure Facial Therapy and Indian Head Massage from my tranquil treatment room in Howe Street (Chelmsford), or from the comfort of your own home.  I have additional training in Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Reflexology for Menopause and Mindful Reflexology and, as everyone is unique, I tailor each session to meet the specific needs of my client.
