Welcome to Head to Soul Therapies. I’m Nicky Stevens MAR, an experienced reflexologist living in the beautiful village of High Easter, Essex. ​

My passion is helping clients to relax, reduce stress and increase their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. As everyone is unique, I tailor each reflexology session to meet the specific needs of my client. I love giving reflexology and knowing that my clients feel deeply relaxed after their bespoke session.

I work from a tranquil treatment room in Howe Street, Chelmsford. For clients living in the Easters, Rodings, Dunmow, Chelmsford and the surrounding areas, I offer mobile treatments in the comfort of their own home.

I am fully insured and accredited. As a member of the Association of Reflexologists I am committed to continuing my professional development and training. The Association of Reflexologists upholds professional standards in the UK and has strict codes of conduct to ensure all members are practicing to exemplary standards.

CPD Reflexology for Menopause with Sally Earlam (2023) - Supporting women through the menopause transition so that they are able to take more control of their wellbeing.

CPD Reflexology Lymph Drainage with Sally Kay (2023) - An award winning reflexology technique focusing on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet or hands. This unique sequence which was researched and developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care, aims to cause an effect on the lymphatic system of the body.
