Acupressure Facial Therapy (AFT) is a holistic facial treatment incorporating the Chinese Acupressure facial map to benefit the whole body. AFT treats the unique structure of the face, shoulders, neck and scalp to support emotional and stress relief. Treatments involve preparing the skin with a light cleanse, hot towel and facial oil, and having an extremely relaxing treatment in which you will feel pampered and become deeply relaxed. You will look and feel revitalised it's a very safe treatment and good support for those with chronic conditions.
*Reflexology Lymph Drainage
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is an award winning reflexology technique focusing on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet or hands. This unique sequence, which was researched and developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care, aims to cause an effect on the lymphatic system of the body. RLD is based on the techniques of Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD), mirroring the sequence on the reflexes of the feet (or hands) in a gentle, relaxing treatment.

While this technique was developed to help ladies with post-breast cancer secondary lymphoedema, MLD is used to treat conditions other than lymphoedema, such as;
